Scanned documents come out of the feeder in the wrong order, contracts arrive with a blank separator page between every section, and the one page you need to remove is always in the middle. Organize PDF lets you reorder, rotate, duplicate and delete pages in a single pass — across as many as five documents at once — then rebuild them into one file. It never alters the pages themselves: this changes their sequence, not their content. You can do all of it without uploading the file: in Sensitive mode the pages are rendered and rebuilt by code running in your own browser tab, which matters when the document is a contract, a bank statement or anything else you would rather not hand to a stranger's server.
How to use Organize PDF
- Choose your privacy mode. Sensitive keeps the PDF on your device; Normal uploads it to our sandboxed server, which suits larger files.
- Drop in up to five PDFs. Every page of every file is rendered as a thumbnail, so you are rearranging pages you can actually see rather than page numbers you have to guess at. With more than one file loaded, each card names the document its page came from.
- Move pages with the left and right arrows on each card. The large number on a card is its position in the finished document; below it, "from page 4" tells you where it came from in the original.
- Rotate a page with the rotate button — each press turns it another 90° clockwise, and the thumbnail turns with it. Rotation follows the page, so a page you have also moved keeps its new angle.
- Remove a page with the bin icon. Removed pages collect in a list underneath and go back with one click, so deleting the wrong page costs you nothing.
- Click Process and download the rebuilt PDF. Pages you left out are gone from the output; pages you kept are byte-for-byte the same content, just in a new order.
Worked example
A 12-page scanned contract with the signature page at the back
A contract comes back from the scanner as 12 pages: the signature page landed last instead of after clause 8, two blank separator sheets got picked up by the feeder, and page 3 went through sideways. In one pass you drag the signature page up to position 9, remove the two blanks, and rotate page 3 upright. The finished file has 10 pages in the right order with nothing sideways. Nothing was re-encoded — the page content is copied across unchanged, so text stays selectable, signatures stay crisp, and the file size stays roughly proportional to the pages you kept.

Frequently asked questions
Can I reorder PDF pages without uploading the file anywhere?
Yes — that is what Sensitive mode is for. The PDF is read, rendered and rebuilt by code running in your browser tab, and nothing about it is sent to us. You do not have to take our word for it: open your browser's DevTools, switch to the Network tab, and organise a document. You will see no request carrying your file.
Is it free, and do I need an account?
It is free, with no signup, no email address and no watermark on the output. There is no account system at all.
Can I delete pages from a PDF as well as reorder them?
Yes. Removing a page and reordering pages are the same operation here — the output is built from the pages you kept, in the order you put them in. Anything you removed is simply not included.
Can I combine pages from more than one PDF?
Yes — up to five files at a time. Every page from every file appears in one list, each card labelled with the document it came from, and you can interleave them in any order you like. Pages you leave out are simply not included, so this doubles as a way to take a few pages from each of several documents.
Does this change the pages themselves?
No. Pages are copied across structurally, so text stays selectable, images are not re-encoded and nothing is re-rendered. The only things that change are the order, which pages are present, and their rotation. If you want a document whose contents cannot be selected or edited, use Flatten PDF.
Can I use the same page twice?
Yes. Duplicating a page is a real need — a cover sheet repeated at the front and back, for instance — so a page can appear more than once in the output, and each copy carries any rotation you gave it.
Will this change how the pages look or make the file bigger?
No. Pages are copied structurally rather than re-rendered, so text remains selectable and images are not recompressed. If you want to flatten a document into pictures so nothing can be selected or edited, use Flatten PDF instead.
What happens with password-protected PDFs?
An encrypted PDF is reported as encrypted rather than silently failing. Entering a password to unlock a file is not something this version does, so you will need to remove the password in the application that created it first.
